Ariados takes double damage from Flying, Rock, Fire and Psychic moves. It resists Fighting, Poison, Bug, Grass and Fairy moves.
Ariados evolves from Spinarak.
Ariados has a catch rate of 90 out of 255, which makes it fairly easy to catch. In the Tall Grass Club meadow, better balls improve your odds.
In the Tall Grass Club catching game, Ariados is rarely seen in the wild. The best way to get one is to evolve Spinarak at level 22. Spinarak lives in the Meadow.
Ariados is weak to Flying, Rock, Fire and Psychic moves, so Pokémon of those types are your best bet.
