Bibarel evolves from Bidoof.
Bibarel has a catch rate of 127 out of 255, which makes it easy to catch. In the Tall Grass Club meadow, better balls improve your odds.
In the Tall Grass Club catching game, Bibarel is rarely seen in the wild. The best way to get one is to evolve Bidoof at level 15. Bidoof lives in the Meadow.
Here's where wild Bibarel can be found in the main Pokémon games, newest games last.
