Carkol takes four times damage from Ground and Water moves and double damage from Fighting and Rock moves. It resists Normal, Flying, Poison, Bug, Fire, Ice and Fairy moves.
Carkol evolves from Rolycoly and evolves into Coalossal at level 34.
Carkol has a catch rate of 120 out of 255, which makes it fairly easy to catch. In the Tall Grass Club meadow, better balls improve your odds.
In the Tall Grass Club catching game, Carkol is rarely seen in the wild. The best way to get one is to evolve Rolycoly at level 18. Rolycoly lives in the Cave.
Here's where wild Carkol can be found in the main Pokémon games.
Carkol is weak to Fighting, Ground, Rock and Water moves, so Pokémon of those types are your best bet.
Strong counters that also resist its attacks:
These are the attacks Carkol learns by levelling up in the newest games, which are the same moves it learns in Tall Grass Club. Its first moves are Tackle, Rapid Spin and Smack Down.
